Hello and welcome! I'm Shelly Chamberlin, the creator of LevelSpecs.

As someone with asymmetrical ears, any glasses that I wore sat crooked on my face. My left ear is lower than my right. For many years, I hand crafted many things to try and get them to sit evenly on my face.

I finally decided to come up with a better solution. Not only for myself, but for the countless others who aren't able to wear those super cute glasses or sunglasses because they have asymmetry of the ears or face. LevelSpecs is a simple silicone piece that will help adjust the lower ear eyewear arm to the correct height so the glasses/sunglasses sit correctly (straight and not crooked) on the face.

Almost everyone has some degree of asymmetry on their face/ears. Typically, one ear sits a bit higher on the head than the other for most people. Although both ears are attached to the head it isn't unusual for one or the other to be bigger or smaller. LevelSpecs adjust the eyewear to sit correctly and evenly on the face (not crooked). It's a small, adjustable silicone piece placed on the arm of eyewear (glasses & sunglasses) and set to the desired height to position glasses on face evenly/square on face. It's a small enough piece that it will be almost unnoticeable on most people.
